Job Overview:

We are seeking a full-time Digital Delivery Specialist with 5+ years of experience to play a key role in the integration and execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage overall project coordination
  • Develop, implement, and maintain digital delivery protocols and standards within the project team
  • Analyse and implement client requirements and execution plans for project deliverables
  • Document and communicate best practices and workflows
  • Primary contact for technical support
  • Liaise and coordinate with specialists/modelers/leads/managers
  • Manage production and contents, standard library objects
  • Create families and have expertise in modeling
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary models
  • Lead and manage a team of CAD/Revit modelers
  • Quality control for completeness and adherence to company standards of all shop drawings produced
  • Use tools for review/QC/documentation
  • Responsible for QA/QC before deliverables
  • Provide mentoring on 'best practice' workflows to project teams
  • Monitor compliance with digital delivery standards and guidelines

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years' experience in design, drafting, and digital delivery management on large-scale projects
  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit and 3D BIM authoring tools
  • Experience using Navis for coordination
  • Technical knowledge of services
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and solve problems
  • Self-motivated and able to take responsibilities
