Job Title: Service Manager

The Service Manager is responsible for leading and managing service operations for press part tooling customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage service operations for press part tooling customers to ensure timely execution of AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts).
  • Resolve customer complaints with a proactive and solution-oriented approach, maintaining positive relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate across departments for smooth service delivery, fostering a cross-functional team environment.
  • Guide and mentor service engineers and technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with pharma engineering standards and safety protocols, maintaining high-quality services.
  • Maintain service documentation and performance reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Drive continuous improvement in service quality and customer satisfaction through regular feedback and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with sales and R&D teams for customer feedback and product enhancements, promoting innovation and growth.
  • Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers to optimize services and costs.

Desired Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in Pharma Engineering / Tooling industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and technical support capabilities, with experience in handling audits and regulatory compliance.
