Job Summary:

The successful candidate will lead multiple projects simultaneously, possessing strong leadership and communication skills. They will be responsible for managing project plans, schedules, and costs, as well as coordinating with stakeholders and conducting site visits.

  • Manage and monitor project plans, schedules, and costs for multiple assigned projects.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders and conduct site visits to verify progress and identify any critical or risk issues.
  • Support and manage the project plan and team to meet operational goals and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Ensure smooth handover according to client satisfaction.
  • Allocate, monitor, and close snags/observation points shared by clients within the DLP period and follow up on release of retention amounts.
  • Conduct site visits for new projects and prepare photographic reports for submission to the tender team.
  • Project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and billing.
  • Cost management.
  • Vendor management.
  • Raise timely client bills as per terms and conditions.
  • Prepare cash flow for each project.
  • Follow up on client payments.
  • Present reports in weekly meetings.
  • Maintain professional relationships with contractors and clients.
  • Allocate work to subcontractors and monitor their progress.
  • Perform project audits versus actual reconciliation.
