Job Opportunity: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies to attract top talent, reviewing resumes, and ensuring a seamless interview process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify top candidates, utilizing job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes and cover letters to shortlist qualified candidates, and ensure a smooth interview process.
  • Interview Coordination: Manage interviews, gather feedback from hiring managers, and facilitate timely hiring decisions.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust talent pool for future hiring needs, ensuring a diverse and high-quality candidate pipeline.
  • B Employer Branding: Enhance the company's reputation by creating a positive candidate experience, increasing visibility in the job market, and promoting the organization as an employer of choice.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR operations.
  • Prior experience in hiring sales professionals (Business Development Associates) is an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, talent acquisition, and ATS platforms.
  • Excellent English communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
