As a Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for leading the talent acquisition strategy, managing stakeholder relationships, and overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes. Your goal will be to develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent, providing guidance to the recruitment team on effective methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire candidates with expertise in Oracle, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and SAP skills.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and lead end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Develop talent branding, sourcing strategies, selection process, candidate experience, and data management.
- Lead leadership hiring initiatives and final negotiations for closures at senior levels.
- Guide the recruitment team on sourcing techniques and effective recruitment methodologies.
- Oversee complete end-to-end recruitment cycle without supervision.
- Lead a team of recruiters (for Senior TA roles), set targets, track KPIs, and generate MIS/data reports.
- Manage multiple vendors for contract staffing and maintain vendor relationships.
- Deploy effective sourcing strategies for niche and diverse talent hiring across all levels.
- Source profiles via job boards, social media, career sites, internet sourcing, and employee referrals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree with strong academic background.
- Proven experience in leadership hiring and IT recruitment.
- Ability to independently manage the full recruitment cycle.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Leadership experience in managing recruiters/sourcers and recruitment strategies.
- Expertise in sourcing through various platforms: job portals, referrals, headhunting, etc.
- Experience conducting interviews across levels from entry to C-suite.
- Strong ability to manage work, staff, candidates, and stakeholders effectively.
- Demonstrated experience implementing talent management strategies and driving HR programs.
- Visionary with a proven ability to execute large-scale recruitment initiatives.
- Strong influencing, mentoring, and team-scaling skills.
This role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in IT recruitment, leadership hiring, and talent acquisition. You must have a proven track record of successfully leading recruitment teams, developing and executing sourcing strategies, and delivering results-driven solutions.
