Key Responsibilities:- Preparation and review of U.S. GAAP-compliant financial statements are essential to ensuring accuracy and transparency.
- Handling U.S. tax filings, including federal and state returns, is critical for maintaining regulatory compliance.
- Managing cross-border accounting and reporting for U.S. operations requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Performing audits, reconciliations, and financial analysis as per U.S. standards is vital for making informed business decisions.
- Advising on accounting processes, compliance, and regulatory changes is essential for staying up-to-date with industry developments.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in U.S. accounting is required.
- Proficiency in U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and accounting software used in the U.S. (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, Oracle) is necessary.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
- Experience with cross-border transactions or multinational corporations is highly valued.
