We are seeking an experienced Product/UI/UX Designer to lead design excellence in our digital ecosystem.

  • Develop and implement end-to-end design thinking processes from discovery to delivery.
  • Create high-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, and interactive mockups using leading tools.
  • Conduct comprehensive user research including behavioral analysis, journey mapping, and usability testing.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on design handoffs and implementation quality assurance.
  • Partner with product and business teams to align design solutions with technical constraints and business objectives.
  • Bolster scalable design systems with component libraries and design tokens.
Key Requirements & Expertise
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma with prototyping, component systems, and collaborative workflows.
  • 5+ years applying design thinking methodologies, persona development, and user journey optimization.
  • Deep understanding of WCAG 2.1 guidelines and inclusive design principles.
  • Expertise in responsive design, progressive enhancement, and mobile UX best practices.
  • Prolific passion for staying current with design trends and industry best practices.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript to facilitate collaboration.

  • Experience designing conversational interfaces or AI-assisted workflows.
  • Background in B2B SaaS or developer-focused products.
  • Proficiency in motion design and advanced prototyping techniques.
  • Track record of driving design standardization and process improvements.
