Job Opening: Product Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Product Designer with a strong vision for crafting impactful digital experiences. This role will be responsible for designing user-centered interfaces and product flows that align innovation, aesthetics, and functionality with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and improve digital product design (apps, web, and integrations) to meet the evolving needs of our customers.
  • Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visual interfaces that exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving.
  • Ensure consistency of visual identity across all touchpoints, fostering a unified brand experience.
  • Conduct usability research and apply user feedback to inform design improvements.
  • Document scalable design guidelines and systems for the team, promoting efficiency and consistency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital product design, with a portfolio that showcases your expertise.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Solid knowledge of UX/UI and user-centered design principles.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into clear and functional visual solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Updated portfolio with relevant project examples that demonstrate your skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in fintech, payment apps, or global digital platforms.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Knowledge of motion design, advanced prototyping, or design systems.
