Overview of the Role

  • We're seeking a skilled Digital Content Manager to create engaging content, build online communities, and drive results across platforms.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective digital strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Create and manage content calendars for various social media channels.
  • Collaborate with teams to create compelling content (posts, stories, videos).
  • Analyze trends, hashtags, and viral content to stay culturally relevant.

  • Run targeted promotions and boost posts as needed.

Key Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in managing digital content for brands or agencies.
  • Strong understanding of branding, creative writing, and digital marketing principles.
  • Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer/Hootsuite, Canva, etc.
  • Ability to analyze insights and adjust strategy for better performance.
  • A flair for storytelling, brand voice, and building digital presence.
  • Experience with handling influencers or creators is a plus.
