Job Description
  • Work on outsourcing work
  • Researching and maintaining knowledge of various construction methods, materials, and building details
  • Monitoring the work of Jr. Architects/draftsperson
  • Communicating with a client, understanding their requirement, working on it, and delivering it as per schedule.
  • Assist team in understanding scope of work and standards ( CAD and project/client), solving problems/questions. Ensuring the team works together to achieve set goals and targets.
  • Acting as a mentor to Jr. Architects/draftsperson and helping them fine-tune their drafting skills and improve their building detail knowledge.
  • Education and Background
Skills and Proficiencies
  • In-depth understanding of AutoCAD software.
  • Excellent architectural knowledge and architectural drafting
  • Good understanding of Structural drawings
  • Experience in producing working drawings of architectural as well as interior projects
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Good Team building quality
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent English communication
  • Flexible, ambitious, and able to work across a range of project types and work stages
