MEP and HVAC Design Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the MEP and HVAC design process with expertise in Chiller Plants and VRV/VRF systems.

This role is ideal for engineers who have hands-on experience in designing HVAC systems for commercial, industrial, hospital, and high-rise building projects.

  • Perform heat load calculations and cooling load estimations as per ASHRAE/ISHRAE standards.
  • Design and selection of chillers, pumps, cooling towers, AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF systems, and other HVAC equipment.
  • Prepare HVAC system layouts using AutoCAD / Revit.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC system design.
  • Familiarity with MEP coordination and integration.
  • Proficiency in HAP / TRACE, AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Carrier E20-II, Duct Sizer, Pipe Sizer or equivalent software.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing documentation, submittals, and approvals with clients and consultants.
  • Coordinating with MEP teams, architects, and contractors for project integration.
  • Providing technical support during installation, testing & commissioning stages.
