Job Title: Chief Executive Officer

We are seeking a visionary leader to lead our business specializing in mechanical engineering solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in defining strategic direction, driving operational excellence, and ensuring financial growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading product innovation, technology adoption, and R&D in mechanical engineering. They will also identify and expand into new domestic and international markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and deliver the P&L, budgets, and financial forecasts.
  • Drive revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability.
  • Develop new revenue streams and strengthen customer base.
  • People Leadership

Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead a high-performing executive and management team.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and operational excellence.
  • Lead workforce planning, skills development, and succession strategies.
  • Stakeholder & Market Engagement

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Board of Directors on strategic decision-making.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, partners, industry bodies, and regulators.
  • Represent the company as an industry leader in mechanical engineering.
  • Qualifications & Skills

You will need:

  • Proven success as a CEO, MD, or senior executive in manufacturing or mechanical engineering.
  • Deep understanding of mechanical systems, manufacturing processes, and engineering lifecycle.
  • Expertise in business strategy, operations, and financial management.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling businesses and entering new markets.
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
