Job Role Overview:

As a Senior Mechanical Engineer Assistant, your primary responsibility is to prepare high-quality mechanical components 2D drawings and 3D models.

  • Create detailed assembly & part drawings + 3D models for new product development projects.
  • Develop and implement design standards and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Present technical reports and presentations to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Manage and maintain all ISO 9001:2015 related design documents, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Train production / assembly / quality assurance personnel on approved manufacturing, test, and inspection procedures.
  • Solve process & product-related issues to support the manufacturing & sourcing team in completing dispatch orders efficiently.
  • Address customer complaints in a timely manner, resolving issues to the customer's satisfaction.

Additional Key Skills:

Technical Knowledge-Problem Solving Skills

Proficiency in Auto Cad 2D & Solid works / Siemens NX ( Unigraphics)

Strong knowledge of MS Office applications

Required Qualifications:

Diploma or BE in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable institution

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare internal and external written correspondence, ensuring clarity and professionalism.

- Modify existing designs based on manufacturing & sourcing team requirements, adhering to quality standards.

- Develop design & drawing for new product development/reverse engineering activities of Submersible Pump sets.

- Conduct cost comparisons with other brands and perform Material of Construction (MOC) analysis.

Requirements:

- In-depth understanding of Submersible Plumpset Industries and its operations.
