About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in marketing technology (MarTech), data engineering, and analytics as a Customer Data Platform Fresher.

You will have exposure to global teams, diverse datasets, and cutting-edge tools, along with structured mentorship and learning programs to accelerate your growth in the data domain.

  • Learn and work with MarTech tools used for customer engagement and CDP integration.
  • Gain hands-on experience with the customer data lifecycle—collection, validation, preparation, and management.
  • Apply SQL fundamentals for querying, validating, and transforming datasets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data research to ensure accuracy, completeness, and readiness for analytics.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify business trends, behavioral patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Develop dashboards and data visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
  • Support data integration projects with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring smooth workflow and accuracy.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL.
  • Familiarity with MarTech platforms is preferred but not mandatory.
