Treasury Manager Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled Treasury Manager to assist our team in raising funds from various financial institutions. This will involve issuance of various instruments, preparation of CAM, Bank Proposals, IM, KID, and Offer Documents.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the standard Treasury Docket, updating it regularly, and independently handling queries of potential lenders to their satisfaction.

This role also involves managing post-sanction requirements and closure of loan documentation, as well as pre-disbursement and post-disbursement conditions imposed by lenders.

The selected candidate will work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth and quick documentation.

We require a strong understanding of treasury, banking, and NBFC sector practices, good knowledge of debt raising, loan documentation, and compliance.

The successful candidate should possess excellent communication and coordination skills (internal & external).

Responsibilities include coordinating with Credit Rating Agencies for data requirements, communicating with banks to ensure timely receipt of interest payments and submission of periodic reports.

The ideal candidate will have proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience in tracking developments in the Indian Banking & NBFC sector.
