  • Develop and oversee comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage cross-functional teams, including designers, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring high levels of performance and adherence to company values.
  • Monitor project progress, control costs, and perform financial calculations to ensure project goals are met.
  • Guarantee that all aspects of fitout projects meet predefined quality and safety standards.
