Mold Development Project Coordinator

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent project management abilities, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
The successful Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating multiple tasks, managing project timelines, and ensuring the effective completion of projects. They will also be responsible for tracking progress and quality across projects, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Ensuring accurate information is received from customers and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Coordinating mold quotations, capacity assessments, and product design analyses at the ESI stage, and assisting in arranging DFM review meetings.
- Initiating KO in the tooling factory, conveying correct KO information to design and master planning, and participating in design 3D review meetings.
- Addressing urgent cases during mold fabrication, assembly, and testing, collaborating with corresponding departments, and arranging E1 meetings to develop debugging schemes.
- Overseeing the completion of whole projects within scheduled timelines.
- Managing the entire team's projects process for product ECNs and ensuring their effective completion.
Required skills and qualifications:
