Senior Business Development Representative

As a key performer in our organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base through effective relationship building and sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and activate advisors as per plan to achieve monthly activation targets.
- Maintain active advisor productivity levels as per the set plan.
- Develop strong interpersonal relationships with stakeholders to facilitate seamless work activities.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations with reporting agents, providing constructive feedback to ensure career progression and meet agency expectations.
- Promote revenue generation and customer acquisition through face-to-face or digital interactions.
- Engage in weekly review sessions with reporting managers to track progress and discuss areas for improvement.
- Attend all management-conducted meetings and training programs to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
- Ensure daily joint calls with colleagues to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Comply with all established company policies and procedures.
Educational Qualifications: Minimum graduate degree.
Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in insurance sales is preferred but not mandatory.
