
Business Development Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships and customer engagement.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct customers, providing them with accurate information about our products and services.
- Answer customer questions about specific products and services, ensuring they have the best possible experience.
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing decisions.
- Cross-sell products and services to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Ensure racks are fully stocked and manage returns of merchandise in a timely manner.
- Cordinate with our Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service, especially during peak times.
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers to drive sales.
- Stay up-to-date with new products and services to maintain a high level of knowledge and expertise.
- Strong Convincing Power: The ability to effectively communicate and persuade customers is essential for this role.
- Excellent Verbal Skills: Strong verbal communication skills are necessary for interacting with customers and colleagues.
- Excellent Presentation Skills: The ability to present information in a clear and concise manner is crucial for success in this role.
- Negotiation and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills are necessary for resolving customer complaints and finding solutions to complex problems.
- Interpersonal and Relationship Building Skills: Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills are required for building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Open and Flexible Work Timing: The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, is necessary for meeting the needs of our customers.
- Basic Computer Knowledge: A basic understanding of computer software and systems is required for performing administrative tasks.

Pay: Competitive salary ranging from $8,718 to $13,000 per month.
