We are seeking a skilled Software Automation Test Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and maintaining manual and automated testing and test frameworks for software systems.

  • Develop functional and performance test plans and cases for internal and external-facing software systems.
  • Drive improvements in software engineering practices across teams.
  • Build tools and frameworks for automated testing.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products by designing and implementing effective testing strategies.

You will work closely with our technology and content operations teams to define and build quality verification systems for our tools and platform.

Specifically, you will:

  • Develop automated tests using Cypress (JavaScript/TypeScript).
  • Implement data-driven tests and parameterized testing.
  • Design and implement custom commands and intercepts for efficient testing.
">Required Skills and Qualifications">

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5–9 years of QA/Automation experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Cypress (JavaScript/TypeScript).
  • Strong proficiency in Page Object Model (POM), data-driven tests, custom commands, intercepts, stubs/mocks, and handling dynamic elements/retries.
  • Solid TypeScript/JavaScript fundamentals (modules, async/await, promises).
  • Proven CI/CD experience with artifacts and parallelization.
  • Experience with API testing and JSON assertions.
