About the Role

We're looking for a Digital Brand Strategist to join our team and take our online presence to the next level. If you're someone who understands the pulse of social media, has experience managing and growing pages, and loves staying ahead of trends, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Social Media Management: Manage and maintain social media accounts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and more.
  • Content Strategy: Develop creative, data-driven strategies to increase engagement, followers, and brand visibility.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan and execute social media campaigns, collaborating with designers and writers to produce high-quality content.
  • Trendspotting: Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and audience behaviors to keep our brand relevant and engaging.
  • Analytics: Track performance metrics, generate insights, and optimize strategies to improve results.
  • Community Engagement: Actively engage with our audience through comments, messages, and posts to build a strong, loyal online community.
Requirements
  • Experience: 0-1 year of experience in social media management (freshers are welcome to apply).
  • Portfolio: Demonstrated experience handling and growing a social media page (personal or professional).
  • Creativity: A knack for creating engaging content ideas that resonate with a target audience.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret social media metrics and adapt strategies based on insights.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive Approach: A self-starter who can take ownership of tasks and think outside the box.
