
Office Support Assistant

The primary objective of this role is to provide administrative support and contribute to the smooth operation of an office environment.
This position involves delivering documents, files, and parcels within the office and external locations as instructed. Additionally, tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents are essential components of the job.
In terms of hospitality services, serving tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors while ensuring proper cleaning and arrangement of cups, glasses, and utensils is crucial.
Maintenance of the office premises is also a key responsibility, involving regular dusting and cleaning of desks, chairs, windows, and common areas.
Errands may include visits to banks, post offices, courier services, and other external agencies for official work, as well as assistance with purchasing office supplies and coordinating with vendors when required.
Excellent communication skills are necessary to interact effectively with staff and visitors, while a positive attitude, punctuality, and reliability are also essential attributes for success in this role.
Required Skills and Competencies:- Core Skills: Basic knowledge of office operations and day-to-day tasks. Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills to interact with staff and visitors.
