Insurance Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Operations Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the management of insurance portals and systems, supporting sales operations for motor & life insurance products, handling partner/agent onboarding and activation processes, coordinating with internal teams and partners to ensure smooth operations, and maintaining accurate records and follow-up for timely closures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and update insurance portals and systems to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Support sales operations by providing insights and data analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Handle partner/agent onboarding and activation processes to drive revenue growth.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow-up on tasks to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
  • In-depth knowledge of motor & life insurance products and their applications.
  • Proficiency in using insurance portals and related software to streamline processes.
  • Experience in partner onboarding and activation to drive business growth.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills to manage multiple priorities.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of the insurance industry, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should also be proficient in using various software applications and have experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
