Job Title: Achievement and Implementation Expert

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to guide our teams through agile delivery of AI and cloud solutions. This individual will play a key role in ensuring project velocity, stakeholder alignment, and seamless execution in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in computer science or related technology field, hands-on experience with AI and cloud-based projects, and proven ability to drive agile teams while ensuring strong communication across executives, SMEs, and engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage AI and cloud ecosystem projects as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
  • Develop and implement agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) tailored to AI/cloud environments.
  • Utilize Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to streamline workflow and enhance collaboration.
  • Facilitate exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
  • Foster innovation-driven projects by leveraging cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and exposure to AI/ML/LLM-based projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Prior experience managing AI and cloud ecosystem projects.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and their adaptation to AI/cloud environments.
  • Proficiency in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/ML/LLM-based projects.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Innovation-driven experience.
  • Understanding of FinOps practices.
  • Familiarity with LLMOps/MLOps pipelines, AI agent workflows, or data governance frameworks.
  • Agile certifications are a plus.
