Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Specialist to join our team. As an Insurance Specialist, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through various means such as field visits, cold calling, and market activities.

You will conduct customer meetings to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance products. Your role will also involve explaining policy details, benefits, and premium options to clients and resolving any queries they may have.

To succeed in this role, you must be able to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with our branch teams, operations, and underwriters to ensure smooth policy processing. Additionally, you will participate in marketing campaigns, roadshows, and customer engagement initiatives to promote our products and services.

Your ability to maintain timely records of all sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in CRM or reporting formats is essential.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the life insurance or financial products sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • A good understanding of life insurance products, customer needs, and regulatory compliance.
  • Willingsness to travel extensively for field visits and customer meetings.
  • Familiarity with reporting tools or CRM systems.
