As a seasoned leader, you will drive business growth by spearheading audience acquisition and event operations strategy.

This senior role demands a highly skilled operational expert with expertise in driving attendance growth, managing complex event logistics, and fostering long-term client partnerships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Audience Acquisition: Develop and execute multi-channel outreach campaigns to maximize attendance and engagement.
  • Event & Campaign Operations: Lead the execution of multiple events simultaneously, from planning to delivery, ensuring seamless event operations and logistics.
  • Stakeholder & Client Management: Manage senior client relationships, deliver exceptional service, and build strategic alliances with partners and CXO-level executives.
  • Leadership & Team Development: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of managers, analysts, and operations professionals, promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in audience acquisition, event operations, campaign management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven track record of driving audience acquisition for large-scale conferences, webinars, forums, or brand campaigns.
  • Strong expertise in multi-channel marketing (email, SMS, social media, digital campaigns, affiliate marketing).
  • Hands-on experience in P&L management, budget optimization, and ROI tracking.
  • Exceptional leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • MBA/PGDM preferred.
