Responsibilities:
Sales and Outreach- Cold Outreach Mastery: Run targeted outreach campaigns to clinics, partners, and sponsors, leveraging persuasive messaging to drive conversions.
- Sales Pipeline Development: Establish a robust sales pipeline with measurable conversion goals, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Partnership Closings: Collaborate with founders to seal partnerships and pilots, fostering strong relationships.
- Sales Materials Creation: Design compelling sales decks, one-pagers, and case studies that captivate audiences.
- TikTok and Instagram Expertise: Produce engaging daily videos that seamlessly blend AI, open-source, and veterinary medicine into accessible content.
- Discord and GitHub Community Management: Effectively manage community presence across platforms, building a loyal following.
- Storytelling Magic: Craft narratives that educate and captivate our audience, solidifying our brand identity.
- Online Marketing Excellence: Develop and execute a comprehensive online marketing strategy (organic + paid), driving adoption and growth.
- Newsletter and Campaign Launches: Create and deploy impactful newsletters, campaigns, and community updates that resonate with our audience.
- A/B Testing and Optimization: Continuously A/B test copy, ads, and content formats to maximize effectiveness and user engagement.
- Product Hunt and Event Launches: Drive visibility and excitement around product launches and events.
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in sales, marketing, growth, or community development.
- Proven success in cold outreach and lead generation.
- Expertise in creating social media content.
- Strong writing skills for emails, campaigns, and captions.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage, open-source environment.
