Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in a growth function.
- solid understanding of digital marketing basics (funnels, conversion, paid/organic growth levers).

- willingness to hustle – cold emailing, prospecting, knocking on digital doors.
- bonus: experience in SaaS, B2B marketing, or AI tools.
