About Our Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Business Analyst to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Gather, clean and organize data from multiple sources.
  • Data Analysis: Perform in-depth analyses to uncover insights and trends supporting business decisions.
  • Reporting & Visualization: Build intuitive dashboards and reports for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Predictive Modelling: Develop statistical and machine learning models for forecasting and decision optimization.
  • Collaboration: Partner with teams to understand analytics requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Communication: Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python and Excel.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with Mixpanel or similar product analytics tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and identify trends.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation abilities.
