Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned actuary to lead our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance on pricing, risk management, financial modeling, regulatory compliance, and product development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic guidance on actuarial matters, including pricing, risk management, and financial modeling.
  • Develop and maintain complex actuarial models, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive business growth.
  • Mentor and develop junior actuaries, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the actuarial field, preferably in life insurance pricing, risk management, and actuarial modeling.
  • Demonstrated expertise in actuarial software and financial modeling tools, such as R or Python.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
