Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Biostatistical Lead to provide expert statistical guidance and support to clinical trials.

This role is responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and reliability of final statistical deliverables.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform sample size calculations when needed, ensuring accurate estimates for trial outcomes.
  • Author or review statistical analysis plans to guarantee robust methodologies and reliable results.
  • Coordinate with biostatisticians, statistical programmers, and data managers to prepare, conduct, and review statistical analyses, maintaining high-quality standards throughout.
  • Provide guidance and supervision to programmers in authoring analysis dataset specifications and programming/validation of tables, listings, and figures, promoting efficient workflow and effective collaboration.
  • Validate analysis variables and statistical outputs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and good statistical practices.

Key Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of experience in statistical leadership and support to clinical trials, demonstrating a strong track record of success.
  • A Master's degree in statistics or a related field, combined with 6+ years of industry experience as a Statistician, or a PhD degree in Biostatistics or equivalent, with 3+ years of postgraduate experience.
  • Solid statistics background and training, working knowledge of advanced statistical methodologies, and proficiency in SAS programming skills, allowing for seamless integration into existing project workflows.
