Job Title

As a Senior Interior Design Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets through a team of designers.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Foster exceptional customer relationships, addressing concerns and exceeding expectations.
  • Mentor and train designers to enhance their sales skills, enabling them to meet and exceed their targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or relevant field (preferably B-Arch).
  • At least 5 years of experience in Business Development and Growth, with a focus on interior design.
  • A minimum of 12 months of leadership experience, managing a team of designers.

About the Role:

This is a key position within our organization. As a Senior Interior Design Lead, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with our design team to develop and execute sales strategies, prioritize and manage multiple projects, and foster exceptional customer relationships.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will mentor and train designers to enhance their sales skills, enabling them to meet and exceed their targets.

We are looking for an experienced leader who can make a significant impact in this role.
