Sustainable Fabric Sales Executive

Job Overview:

  • This is a key role in our sustainable fabric sales team, focused on driving growth in the sustainable fabric market.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy & Execution:
  2. To develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with our sustainability goals, promoting fabrics made from recycled plastics.
  3. To identify new business opportunities in the fashion, textile, and eco-conscious industries, working closely with suppliers to produce high-quality fabrics.
  4. To drive sales of sustainable fabrics, providing clients with valuable information about their benefits, quality, and potential applications.
  5. Product Expertise & Market Expansion:
  6. To build strong relationships with suppliers, developing partnerships that help us deliver innovative products to the market.
  7. To promote the use of sustainable fabrics, educating customers about their value proposition and staying up-to-date on industry trends.
  8. To collaborate with product development and marketing teams to design effective sales collateral and product campaigns.
  9. Client Relationship Management:
  10. To establish and maintain excellent relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  11. To serve as the main point of contact for inquiries, product-related concerns, and after-sales support, ensuring client satisfaction.
  12. Sales Reporting & Market Analysis:
  13. To analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, providing valuable insights to inform sales strategies.
  14. To track and report on sales performance, setting clear targets and ensuring they are met.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in sustainable textiles, recycling, or eco-friendly products.
  3. Strong understanding of sustainable fabric options, particularly those derived from recycled materials.
  4. Proven experience in sales leadership.
