As a key member of our strategic initiatives team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and scaling impactful projects that drive growth and operational efficiency. This is a hands-on opportunity to leverage your execution skills, collaboration abilities, and comfort with ambiguity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of pilot projects, including scoping, stakeholder alignment, execution, measurement, and handoff.
  • Analyse performance data and user feedback to inform decisions on whether to scale, iterate, or sunset initiatives.
  • Develop internal documentation and frameworks to ensure learnings are captured and shared across the organisation.
  • Contribute to strategic planning processes and initiative pipelines based on emerging market needs.
  • Provide structured problem-solving and strategic input to senior leaders.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • 2-4 years of experience in strategy, product operations, consulting, growth, or project management roles.
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking skills; experience with Excel, SQL, or data platforms is a plus.
  • Proven ability to lead projects independently and work in unstructured environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset - you enjoy solving open-ended problems and building from scratch.
