Job Title: Senior Human Resources Manager

About the Role:

This is a full-time on-site position for a Senior Human Resources Manager located in Godhra. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Conducting recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Managing employee benefits and payroll
  • Ensuring a positive work environment
  • Strategic planning, workforce development, and addressing employee concerns and conflicts
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Talent Acquisition
  • Expertise in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management
  • Proficient in HR Policies Development, Compliance, and Labor Laws
  • Knowledge of Payroll Management, Employee Benefits Administration
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree or HR certification is an added advantage
