Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive clinical lab data expertise as part of a team to develop and maintain Laboratory Data Management (LDM) tasks for studies awarded to IQVIA Laboratories. This includes meeting external client data reporting needs, supporting the development of new systems and processes related to electronic data transfer, and configuring business rules and master data in study and laboratory information systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain LDM tasks for studies awarded to IQVIA Laboratories.
  2. Meet external client data reporting needs.
  3. Support the development of new systems and processes related to electronic data transfer.
  4. Configure business rules and master data in study and laboratory information systems.
  5. Understand and comply with core standard operating procedures and working instructions.
  6. Develop and maintain good communications and working relationships with LDM team members.
  7. Train and mentor junior staff in DM expertise.
  8. Ensure service and quality meet agreed upon timelines and deliverables in data transmission agreements.
  9. Perform other duties as directed by the functional manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Computer Science with Software Configuration and Validation experience required.
