Job Description\

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Direct Tax Manager to join our team. As a key member of the finance department, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing direct tax strategies that optimize the company's tax position.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing direct tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and risks
  • Researching and interpreting relevant tax laws and regulations to ensure full compliance
  • Preparing and reviewing direct tax returns, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission
  • Managing tax audits and coordinating responses and documentation for tax authorities
  • Providing guidance and training to finance and business teams on direct tax matters
\Required Skills and Qualifications\

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
  • In-depth knowledge of Indian direct tax laws and regulatory frameworks
  • Proven experience in tax planning, compliance, and handling tax audits
  • Strong research and analytical skills to interpret complex tax legislation
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
