We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Professional to join our team.

About the Role:

  • We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who can build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions across departments.
  • You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment plans.
  2. Utilize various sourcing techniques to attract a diverse pool of candidates, including job boards, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  3. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit.
  4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.
  5. Facilitate the interview process, provide feedback to candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  6. Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
  7. Negotiate job offers and terms of employment with selected candidates.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
  9. Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on recruitment activities and results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR recruiter, preferably with experience recruiting for various positions.
  • Solid understanding of recruitment techniques and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software tools.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
