Job Description & Requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Help Desk Specialist to join our team at Aforeserve Ltd. As an IT Help Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with users to resolve technical issues
- Assign calls to engineers based on priority
- Maintain data on excel, prepare reports using V lookup, H lookup, and Pivot Table
- Provide L1 support through remote access to end users
- Work with HP OpenView HelpDesk tool
- Resolve incidents within SLA, coordinate, and handle accounts in Active Directory
- Prepare vendor master MIS on a monthly basis
- Troubleshoot remotely users' OS and network-related problems
- Log tickets in the service desk tool, assign incidents to technical groups, and categorize by severity and priority
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of coordinating with users and assigning calls
- Experience with HP OpenView HelpDesk tool
- Ability to work with Active Directory
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
