Job Description

As a seasoned Client Engagement Partner, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing strategic relationships with key enterprise clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in fostering strong client engagement, successful adoption of our solutions, and long-term business value.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining strategic relationships with a portfolio of enterprise clients, understanding their strategies, challenges, and technical environments to deliver tailored solutions. This involves leading onboarding, executive reviews, and strategic planning sessions to ensure seamless integration and alignment with client objectives.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will represent the client internally by collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams. Conducting executive-level discussions and aligning solutions with client goals, leveraging data, KPIs, and market insights to provide actionable recommendations is also crucial.

Identifying opportunities for growth through upselling, cross-selling, and expansion, translating client feedback into actionable improvements in products and services is another key responsibility. Staying abreast of industry and technology trends to advise clients effectively and drive informed decision-making is essential for success in this role.
