
Customer Renewal Manager

At the forefront of customer satisfaction lies a pivotal role in ensuring seamless subscription renewal processes.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of software subscription renewals, migrating customers to our ordering platform, and fostering growth opportunities.
This position demands a high level of accuracy in maintaining data records and collaborating with sales teams to deliver exceptional customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Executing all phases of subscription renewal lifecycle, including notification, quoting, and closing opportunities for accounts.
- Notifying and assisting customers with migrating to our ordering platform at the time of renewal.
- Fostering upsell opportunities within the customer base.
- Maintaining invoice accuracy and working closely with finance to collect payments.
- Analyzing data and trends to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal (telephone) and written (email) communication skills.
- Detailed oriented with ability to handle large volumes of accounts, tasks, and responsibilities.
- Strong customer service, listening, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience with SaaS-based applications.
- Experience working with Salesforce.com preferred.
- Self-starter with high energy, positive attitude, and customer-focused mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Experience using robotic automation/AI tools highly preferred.
