Key Responsibilities

AI Product Development & Technical Leadership

  • Design and build AI models for forecasting, optimization, and predictive maintenance.
  • Oversee the full AI product lifecycle, from development to deployment.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate emerging technologies.

Team Management & Collaboration

  • Guide the performance and career development of AI Engineers.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Conduct internal AI capability-building sessions to enhance skills and expertise.

Strategic Planning & Compliance

  • Align AI strategy with organizational digital goals and objectives.
  • E nsure data governance and regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor KPIs and report to senior leadership on AI performance and progress.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in AI, Data Science, or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in the energy domain with AI implementation.
  • Proven track record in developing innovative AI solutions for renewable energy.
  • Experience managing technical teams and collaborating across functions.
