Renewal Process Expert

This role requires an individual who exercises operational excellence, meticulous record-keeping and task management, with a strong understanding of writing and preparing supporting renewal documentation.

The ideal candidate will have intensive familiarity utilizing tools such as Salesforce, Gainsight, and Conga related to contract generation and client analysis.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Renewal Representatives on renewal document preparation, including supplying teams with contract quotes and supporting documentation for ongoing client conversations.
  • Analyze client data within various internal and external tools to gather supporting information needed to create documentation and identify actions required for a successful renewal process.
  • Build strong working relationships across Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Other duties may be assigned based on business needs.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience executing and analyzing customer data to assist in a smooth renewal process, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment, with a track record of exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CRM and renewal management software, such as Salesforce, Gainsight, and Conga.
  • Familiarity with generating quotes for various client segments, including small and medium-sized businesses (SMB), mid-market (MM), and enterprise clients.
  • An associate or bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.
