Job Description

As a Business Process Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting business functions in describing and documenting business requirements for the application.

You will convert the business requirements into a development plan for the application respecting global IT strategy and policies. You will collaborate with other specialists ensuring a consistent solution and long-term governance of data.

Additionally, you will stay updated on vendor updates, patches, and fixes. You will contribute to the development and maintenance plan for the application and work on IT architecture and design rules.

Moreover, you will introduce new functionality, propose changes to drive business efficiency, follow up on quality, performance, and cost efficiency of the application, document business requirements, and maintain records of implementation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field
  • More than 3 years' experience using the application
  • Deep knowledge of business processes supported by the application
  • Experience working in a multicultural organization
  • Experience with ITSM and ITIL
  • Experience with agile methods and frameworks
  • Excellent language skills in English
