Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Warehouse Operations Retail Team Lead to manage our retail and last mile delivery functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire retail operation and warehouse function, ensuring seamless coordination between teams, handling logistics, and analyzing store inward and outward processes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage retail and last mile delivery operations for ecommerce brands or platforms.
  • Oversee entire retail operation and warehouse operation, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities.
  • Maintain strong adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Coordinate between stores team and warehouse team for efficient operations.
  • Negotiate and handle day-to-day operations with third-party logistics operators.
  • Process invoicing and e-waybilling.
  • Reconcile transporter billing and invoices.
  • Analyze store inward, outward, and identify root causes of issues.
  • Closing inventory movements between stores and warehouses.
  • Follow up with stores, logistics, and other teams.
  • Prepare management information systems (MIS) reports and circulate to respective departments.
Requirements
  1. Experience in managing at least 80 stores' warehouse day-to-day operations.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  3. Strong people management and cross-functional team communication skills.
  4. Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP)/warehouse management system (WMS) like Vinculum is an added advantage.
  5. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
