**Business Development Executive Role**
As a key member of our team at People First Consultants, the Business Development Executive will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expansion in the Indian and South East Asian markets. This exciting opportunity requires a highly motivated and results-driven individual who can develop and execute effective market strategies to increase client base and revenue.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Open new doors for our company in the North Indian market and establish strong relationships with clients.
- Add qualified sales opportunities to the pipeline on a quarterly basis.
- Prospect and nurture leads to ensure successful transition to sales.
- Drive a primarily outbound initiative to cover an incremental percentage of serviceable TAM in India and SEA markets.
- Understand our company's platform and be able to support prospect-facing demonstrations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records.
**Requirements:**
- MBA or equivalent education degree.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with marketing integration tools, such as HubSpot, SFDC, Marketo, Zoho, or ActOn.
- At least 2-4 years of work experience in a SaaS or IT product startup, pitching to India and SEA-based prospects.
