Job Opportunity: Senior IT Governance Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced IT Governance professional to lead and drive large-scale IT initiatives. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in setting up Data Centers from scratch, establishing robust Testing COE frameworks, and developing enterprise-grade Resiliency & Operations Centers (ROC).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Center Setup & Management: Ensure scalability, compliance, security, and disaster recovery measures are in place.
  • Testing COE (Center of Excellence): Establish and govern Testing COE methodologies and automation strategies.
  • Resiliency & Operations Center (ROC): Build and manage an advanced ROC for proactive monitoring and incident management.
  • IT Governance & Compliance: Define IT policies, standards, and frameworks aligned with regulations.
  • Leadership & Strategy: Partner with CXOs to align IT governance with business strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in Data Center design & operations.
  • Proven experience in Testing COE setup and execution.
  • Hands-on with ROC tools – Zoho Manage Engine, Site24x7, New Relic, Dynatrace.
  • Knowledge of resiliency frameworks, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
  • Strong governance, compliance, and regulatory understanding of the finance sector.
  • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
