We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead enterprise-wide governance initiatives and take ownership of our data intelligence platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and administer the data management system across the organization.
  • Design and configure the operating model (domains, assets, workflows, and roles).
  • Build and optimize custom workflows using business process management notation and workflow designer.
  • Integrate the data management system with various platforms via APIs/connectors.
  • Enforce governance policies and data stewardship models.
  • Establish frameworks for data cataloging, lineage, metadata, and quality management.
  • Provide training, mentorship, and best practices.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with governance standards.
Requirements
  • 6+ years in data governance, metadata management, or data quality.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with data management systems.
  • Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks, stewardship, and lifecycle management.
  • Expertise with data management APIs, business process management notation, and scripting.
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise-scale data management deployments.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks.
  • Foundation in data architecture or data engineering.
