We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Scrum Master to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled professional to lead and facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective meetings.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective meetings
  • Ensuring seamless execution of Agile methodologies and ADO boards
  • Developing and implementing effective communication strategies
  • Action orientation and follow through facilitation
  • Effective removal of impediments

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 8-12 years of experience as a dedicated and full-time Scrum Master
  • Excellent hands-on experience with SAFe Agile and ADO boards
  • Strong understanding of Agile estimating and planning techniques
  • In-depth hands-on experience in Sprint Forecasting
  • Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership
  • Facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
  • Working knowledge of SharePoint Technology (preferably SharePoint 2019)
