Senior Marketing Automation Consultant

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Consultant to join our team of marketing automation experts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-grade marketing automation solutions using Adobe Campaign Classic.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementations of Adobe Campaign Classic projects from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
  • Architect campaign solutions, including data schema design, workflow orchestration, and campaign logic.
  • Design personalized and dynamic marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, SMS, push notifications, direct mail, etc.).

Campaign Development & Optimization

  • Build and optimize complex workflows, targeting queries, and campaign execution pipelines.
  • Define and enforce best practices for campaign configuration, audience segmentation, and personalization strategies.
  • Conduct A/B testing, campaign performance analysis, and deliver optimization recommendations.

Technical Expertise

  • Strong understanding of campaign management & orchestration.
  • Expertise in data schema design & extension.
  • Proficiency in workflow configuration & automation.
  • Hands-on experience with multi-channel marketing campaign execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Adobe Campaign Classic (v6/v7) with expertise in implementation and support.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot campaign issues, perform root cause analysis, and optimize performance.
  • Strong client interaction skills, with experience in requirement gathering, solution presentation, and delivery management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Adobe Certified Expert in Adobe Campaign Classic (Developer/Architect/Business Practitioner).
